Clapper was not the head of the NSA at that time. He was: Director of National Intelligence (2010–2017), under the traitor Obama like Brennan was.

Admiral Mike Rogers was the good intel guy.

Admiral Rogers met with Trump after the November election to tell Trump that he had been surveilled/monitored and possibly about this new reality.
