Hypocrisy at Charlottesville
American Spectator ^ | Aug, 15, 2017 | Abraham H. Miller

Posted on 08/15/2017 3:50:37 PM PDT by Twotone

The brutal events in Charlottesville not only reveal a national tragedy but also a national hypocrisy.

We do not have to agree with what the Nazis and white nationalists stand for to defend their constitutional right to assemble and speak. The courts have long ruled that even hate speech is protected speech.

Had there been no counter demonstration and media spotlight, a few hundred racists would have gathered in Charlottesville and had no impact on the national conversation.

Instead, they were met by the ongoing violence of the Antifa and the hate group Black Lives Matter and a police force that stood down, just as the campus police did when the Antifa attacked people at the University of California, Berkeley.

A journalist on TWITTER asked the Democrat Governor Terry McAuliffe to condemn leftist & Antifa violence and the governor refused to comment.

“they were met by the ongoing violence of the Antifa”
And the message we are given is that such violence is not only acceptable but obligatory.

Antifa are the modern “brown shirts” for the elites. They are used to rough up and discredit the right every time Same thing in Europe.

This article is part of the lie and the viscous smear of those that demonstrated were “racists. That is a fabricated to facilitate the smear. Most were common decent people there to show sup[port for their Southern Heritage and their great Southern General Robert E. Lee loved and revered by millions. Our great President was right to point that absolute truth out today instead of jumping in the leftist lynch mob . What we have now is a meaningful dialogue about Charlottesville and the leftist goons that charged to innocent and peaceful demonstrators like the thugs they are. There is much truth being swept under the rug but with our great leader tearing the scar off this bleeding wound — we will now get to the real truth. Thank you Mr PRESIDENT!! 2020!!

I forget what town it was, but a few weeks ago there was a similar candlelight rally by supporters of retaining some sort of statue or memorial pertaining to the Confederacy. In that instance, there was NO violence because there were no counter-demonstrators.

I’m more inclined to believe this was a psyop event created by leftists (& anticipating violence from their so-called opposites) than one of southerners concerned about their heritage.

If you want your statues preserved go talk to the people who make the decision on removal.

To me it looks like a set-up from the word Go.

Berkeley:

1. Cops: “People in the park have 2b patted down first.!”
2. Our people disarmed, enter park (big piles of sticks, shields, etc)
3. Antifa slingshot M-80’s into park
4. Cops announce, “Dangerous, so park CLOSED..!”
5. Disarmed right now expelled into armed AntiFa, who were waiting outside

Wasn't the Confederacy created by Southern Democrats? The KKK were certainly created by Southern Democrats.

San Jose:

1. Conference finishes
2. People try to walk to covered parking structure using shortest route
3. Cops, “Naw, for safety you have to go THIS longer way..!”
4. Antifa & other scumbags waiting, demonstrate pre-knowledge of designated route (de-facto gauntlet)
5. Total ambush, attendees hit, pelted with stuff, struck on head in many cases, cops “wisely” standing down/ “show restraint”
6. Conference people attendees finally reach parking structure, enter
7. Antifa follow, attack people and cars
8. FINALLY cops also enter structure, try to stop it

LOTS OF INJURIES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOTS of questions about SJPD relationship to La Raza, AntiFa

Where’s the follow-up on the Virginia State Police chopper that inexplicably went down?

No one seems to want to talk about that.

Exactly.

TWO cops dead in this weird accident, but that component is just as quiet as the Russia story, now:

POOF..!!!

Gone.

That helicopter was going to fall out of the sky whether circling Charlottesville or Disneyland.
