I agree, spent a lot of time hunting in Wyoming. Here’s an example: We had a trailer full of horses and hunting gear, had a rear tire on the traffic side break the lug bolts off, and the tire went about a quarter mile into a field. We were pretty well prepared, had tools, called a parts store and they delivered some lug bolts. The issue was trying to work on I90 without getting run over, not a single car stopped, a highway patrol car popped over the hill, we tried to wave him down so he could block traffic for fifteen minutes so we could be on our way, were totally ignored.

Go across the line in Idaho, completely different story! Had a hunting partner who wasn’t used to driving in the mountains and while I was asleep, ground the brakes to nothing. We stopped at a parts store, got brake pads, started working on it in the parking lot, when a guy that lived across the street came over and told us to pull it in his garage and use his floor jack, etc. His wife brought us some tea, and even asked if we wanted to stay for dinner!

Wyoming for the most part is a bit to the stand-offish side.

I can almost understand their hatred because my hatred for Obama is something I have never felt before. When he was in office, I would actually wake up hoping to see a headline about his death. I knew before he was elected who he was and I have not changed my mind.

Well, if we were being honest we would note that the First Amendment does not (and indeed cannot) apply to the States, Counties, Municipalities, etc. without altering the explicit verbiage; namely, the first word Congress restricts it from applying to any governmental entity that is not a Congress, even if the Fourteenth Amendment does make the other amendments applicable to/against the States.

However, to acknowledge that would be to acknowledge that the courts have usurped the ability to amend the Constitution — and, were it possible, the chances of the Supreme Court acknowledging such a fundamental wrong on the part of itself and the rest of the Judiciary, which would necessitate removing the wrongfully acquired power, would be less than zero.

I look forward (albeit with dread) to see what they pull out of their butts to justify the firing.

Well there’s a good chance that by the time SCOTUS hears this case, at least Kennedy and maybe Ginsburgh and/or Breyer will also have retired, so in that case, the judge would almost be guaranteed victory.
