You've no idea how this disgusts me. Hopefully Veterans groups will stand up. My understanding is that the mayor referred to the depiction of the dead as heros. Feminists should also object to the slander of Alice Waterman, who maintained the graves. Heroic. But then taking down the monument to southern women in Baltimore wasn't an issue to feminists. Even former Speaker Pelosi, scion of a Baltimore political family.

Speaking of Democrat political dynasties, remembering Mayor Daley in 68, maybe we could use him now.

Forgot. What does the Mayor think should be done with the memorial to the 36th Wisconsin in Mechanicsville, VA. Mustered into service and trained at Camp Randall.
