I’m not sure Steve Bannon would be thrilled at answering to a chief of staff who was a career military guy and civil servant. That’s like Microsoft’s board of directors telling Bill Gates he has to report to his local post office supervisor.
Steve Bannon was a Naval officer. He’s well aware of how to answer to a military guy.
I highly doubt that has anything to do with it.
