There has to be an IPO first. Generally these are positioned so that any initial killing is made by middlemen and insiders. This should be different.
Bannon is a smart guy. Let him figure it out.

It’s highly unlikely there would be an IPO. He has hedge fund backers. Why would they want the hassle and scrutiny of a public offering, and all the regulations that go with being publicly held?
