Frank Serpico showed up unannounced at a talk by Watergate figure John Dean at a talk I attended at a nearby college back in the late 1970s. What a hippie, anti establishment, jerk he was.
Pacino nailed him in the movie though. Excellent film.
So much for Serpico.
