'They wear the cap': Ex-GOP congressman rips members who are silent on KKK
Yahoo ^ | August 20, 2017 | Dylan Stableford

A former Republican congressman [J.C. Watts] says current members who have chosen to stay silent in the wake of President Trump’s failure to clearly and unequivocally condemn white supremacists for the violence in Charlottesville, Va., last week are silently endorsing a racist view.

I don't know much about J.C. Watts. But from what I knew, I thought highly of him. But now it looks like he's jumped on the "Trump is a racist" bandwagon. There is a brief video of the interview at the link.

This is getting more and more disturbing. I wouldn't have thought about asking this a month ago, but now I wonder...are we fast approaching some sort of tipping point? Is a soft coup in the works?

I haven’t heard of J.C. in forever. Not the sharpest point on which to reappear out of nowhere ...

Hey J.C. Just assume I'm against it unless I specifically come out for it.

If you stop to throw rocks at every barking dog, you will never reach your destination.

J.C. Watts is a Communist and an Anarchist if he doesn’t explicitly condemn their violence. And so are all his friends and colleagues. (according to his logic.)

> failure to clearly and unequivocally condemn

“We condemn in the strongest possible terms this egregious display of hatred, bigotry and violence on many sides – on many sides”

Watts is an idiot.

Nazi and Communists both suck.

100,000,000 dead from Communism and neither the media nor Obama nor the DNC will denounce Communism or Socialism. Marx said that the end goal of Socialism is Communism.

And Barry was friends with a Communist named Billy Ayers who was a domestic terrorist who bombed the Pentagon and in an article that ran in the 9-11-2001 NY Times said that he couldn’t say that he wouldn’t think of using such tactics in the future.

The hypocrisy is maddening.

But to clarify, Nazis are horrible people and their politics are rotten. How many candidates have they run in the past 10 years? I can point out various stripes of Communist, Socialist-Workers, International Green, etc candidates. CPUSA endorse Barack Obama for president. Talk about damning praise.

More division marxist politics. The democrats are the KKK party. Shove it down their throats.

Iirc, he had some “Don’t you know who I am!?!” episodes back in the day. This suggests some ego.

I admired him for leaving Congress on a voluntary term limit, but I haven’t kept up with him since. Honestly, I don’t mind his saying that current elected officials should more strongly condemn white supremacist movements, but saying “They wear the cap!” if they’re not loud enough against is just garbage.

Also, I forgot how cute he was.

He was a darling amongst many of us white men during the years of the Bush The Latter reign. BLMmers must have gotten to him. Maybe he’s hooked on opiates and one of the Antifapods is blackmailing him. Maybe Capper Nick is dating his daughter. Maybe people confuse him with James Watt.

He sounds bought & paid for.
When people stop listening to Al Sharpton, and Mad Maxine Waters is too goofy, a Globalist has to start shopping around for a new reliable mouthpiece.

This is absolutely ridiculous. The democrats had an ‘ex’ Klan leader as one of their longest in office senators. Where was the outrage with that? No one in their right mind in this day and age supports anything about ‘the Klan’. No one. What does Watts want the President, or anyone else to say? ‘They wear the cap’ is hate speech. It’s accusatory, prejudicial, and without any basis. It’s totally disgusting. The left have no morals. None. Unfortunately and tragically, I have little doubt that a significant number on the left would have no problem with the extermination of those of us who don’t agree with them. They are truly sick.

White supremacy, white nationalism, the KKK, and Neo-Nazis have absolutely nothing in common with Constitutional freedoms and liberties.

It is the same totalitarian Marxist viewpoint shared by BLM and Antifa, albeit run for and by white people.

For Republicans to elbow each other and run to the nearest microphone and denounce these groups (which they have done profusely) is to admit that there's a link between being a Constitutional conservative and a white supremacist.

Watts, like Tim Scott - when the s--t hits the fan, black Republicans and conservatives will always self-identify with being black first. It's just sad.
