The Trump administration wants a judge to nix a legal challenge to a presidential order easing enforcement of an IRS rule that limited religious organizations political activity.
The Justice Department on Tuesday asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed in May by a Wisconsin-based atheist group.
The Freedom From Religion Foundation argues President Donald Trumps order is unconstitutional because it grants preferential treatment to religious organizations while secular groups must still abide by the law.

If it’s unconstitutional to grant preferential treatment to churches in this area, does that also mean it’s unconstitutional fir ICE to leave illegals alone on church property when they claim “sanctuary”?
It is decisions like this that explain why Trump’s base can ignore all the hysteria. Rolls back environmental regs, says colleges can’t have rape tribunals stacked against men, etc.
The Constitution says “Congress shall make no law...” How is the president’s order unConstitutional?
