Is there no self defense consideration when you are driving and encounter violent protestors blocking the road?
Protestors should not be allowed to block roads, and if they do and do things that make drivers fear for their life then self defense should be in play when the driver drives through in an attempt to protect themselves.
I agree.
He should have driven to the nearest police station station and recorded it.
Other than failure to report an accident, I see no crime there by the driver.
I see several crimes of damage to property and assault and blocking a roadway by the protestors.

Really? The video showed that the car SLOWLY creeped through at speeds varying between zero and one MPH; all the while honking it’s horn as people jump on the car.
