Business Insider Aleksej Gubarev, a Russian tech executive, and his companies are suing the news organization for publishing an unverified dossier alleging that Russia had incriminating personal and financial information about President Donald Trump in January.

In January, Buzzfeed set off an international firestorm when it chose to publish the entire dossier, which also included seamy allegations involving Russian technology guru Aleksej Gubarev and his companies, XBT Holdings and Webzilla.
I have heard that is the guy who is suing, Gubarev. This Fox report did leave that out of this report.
