The only way complex life can come into existence is to have a Creator create the plans for things the same way as a computer programmer creates the Object Types in a computer program. Then the Creator instantiates the types as real objects. The two creation stories in Genesis describe this process. Note: When the Object Types are created, they are ALWAYS GOOD! ;-)
Philosopher Gabriel Marcel often describes a mystery as a “problem that encroaches on its own data” (Marcel 1995, p. 19). Such a “problem” is, in fact, meta-problematic; it is a question in which the identity of the questioner becomes an issue itself—where, in fact, the questioner is involved in the question he or she is asking. Empirical science cannot answer such questions, there must be another way of answering. But scientism seeks to claim that any questions science can’t answer are invalid.
The Almighty Hebrew God of the Holy Scritures spoke this all into reality from nothingness outside His Presence. And set schedules for everything.
