The announcement, which was dated June 10 and circulated online this week, also calls into question whether China can fill a global leadership vacuum on the issue of climate change.

Only ignorant Democrats believe that China gives a rat's @ss about climate change.

A company my former employer dealt with said they got in trouble for painting some parts with a particularily nasty material. They’d just strung a clothesline out behind the factory and were spraying it out in the open and someone complained. So they stopped doing the painting and hired another small company to do it. And of course the contractor just hung them outside and sprayed away, but evidently had neighbors who didn’t complain.

China has become a great economic power based on virtual slave labor capitalism, which is not true capitalism. If China's economy was operated as ours it would collapse.

They have become a great power by dint of slave labor capitalism which is inherently unstable. When the slaves have a little money and a little freedom they will revolt. Much blood will be shed.

In the past under Mao, China was an economic disaster. The present leaders of China understand that Capitalism will give them the economic means to support their basic Marxist ideology. However both can not exist together. China is inherently unstable!
