Four years seems like a very light sentence for so many felonies committed.

I agree.

The DOJ only wanted him to serve a year of home detention because of his plea bargain. This judge sentenced him to the max of what he plead guilty to.

The head criminal in this case is disability lawyer Eric Conn who skipped bail and is still on the loose. When he’s caught there’s little doubt he’ll be locked up for his remaining years.

The US attorney was recommending a sentence of 12 months home incarceration! How screwed up is that?!
