Kyle Chapman, who is accused of engaging in violent brawls in Berkeley during pro-Trump and "alt right" rallies earlier this year, was cuffed and taken to jail from an Alameda County courtroom this morning after a judge set his bail at $135,000.
Chapman, a Daly City resident, is charged by the district attorney with possession of an illegal weapon in the form of a stick. Berkeley police officers wrote in charging documents that he was seen beating people with the stick and dousing people with pepper spray on March 4.
At a morning court hearing in Oakland, Judge Mark McCannon told Chapman that he can't possess any weapons until his case is resolved. "You are to have no weapons of any kind — sticks, knives, pepper spray," the judge said.
McCannon also imposed a stay away order on Chapman, preventing him from being within 300 yards of Berkeley's Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Center, where Chapman repeatedly clashed with counter-protesters in spring. As another condition of his bail, Chapman must submit to a search of his person and vehicle by any law enforcement officer at any time.

Strange times we’re in right now.
I never expected the socialism to infect our country to this degree. Every system, every institution has been compromised to some degree. The art of Willful Ignorance has reached dangerous levels. I now see how certain other highly developed societies were able to support open corruption, blatantly criminal enterprises in the past. Having the preferred motivation provides cover for all manner of evil.
I have long suspected that we and Russia have been engaged in a mutual dance for the past century or so. Their Soviet Union crumbled in 1990, but our quasi-socialist quasi-capitalist regime rolled on. We need a CRISIS so we can SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN.
When all is said & done in relation to the arrest’s aftermath, Based Stickman should leave Calif for a state where his 2nd Amendment rights aren’t infringed.

America has run away from God for 50 years. He has pulled back his hand in this country. The faithful will be tested and the only reward will be in Heaven. The lawless will inherit this land. The majority of this country, the cultural Christians, will have their status as either a Child of God or Natural Man revealed.
It is easy to worship God in a cultural Christian nation. But only true sheep will stay the course in the coming America.

I do believe that the USA has seen its last faith hoorah. But it is not God’s last faith hoorah in the land of the United States of America. The next (and probably last) Great Awakening will be in a land where Christianity has a heavy cost. It will be an Awakening where no one will be jumping on the bandwagon just to fit in. Everyone who is awakened will be through the work of the Holy Spirit alone.
