What this editorial is about is the accelerating trend of the American left to engage in Revenge Politics and to oppress and denigrate an entire race of people based only on their skin color.
I’ve never had issues with minority co-workers (and I have plenty), but the animus has definitely grown over the past decade. Whatever happens in the office, in the cafeteria it is nearly complete segregation by race. When you attend a funeral for a minority co-worker’s relative, and you are the only white person there, you can assume that co-worker has no white friends (which is fine with me, just very telling). Years ago blacks would complain that promotions were given to non-blacks; now they complain about the hiring of each and every employee (often because they are Hispanic instead of black).
