There are Blacks, Hispanics, Asians and Whites riding in those volunteer boats, so generously offered and manned by good Texas fishermen. Yes, White men who did not look at the skin color of those they saved. They just did the job because no one else could. The TV reporters didn’t even ask their names, so we tip our Stetsons to the anonymous heroes who saved the day for many families in their flooded homes. We are thankful for men such as you.
Knowing how the propaganda media thinks, if they saw the Blacks/Hispanics who were rescued, sitting in the back of the boats, their liberal minds would instantly go to the white rescuers being racist, finding out everything about them, and making this into Rosa Parks all over again. Ignoring the facts, such as, putting them there to keep the boat balanced, the white fisherman are still rescuing them, even though they are not white, and so on.

We’re east of Houston and flooded everywhere. My grand daughter has a leaking roof, my son has water in the house and most of my co-workers are flooded in. We’ve spent the last 12 hours without power, but all were prepared for this. We have friends out with boats helping in the lower areas now. Texans will survive.
