They could drop the drama queen Shep Smith right on a hot reactor core and it still wouldn’t get the same response as he gives when he gets a chance to trash conservatives and Trump.

Just got a reply from NRG, and they said everything is normal at South Texas Nuclear Generating Station.

Yet another example of why we need to adopt Thorium energy asap.

Prayers for those in the Lone Star state.

"Has anyone stopped to think that the Colorado River isn’t in South Texas???"

Colorado River (Texas)

"The Colorado River is an 862-mile (1,387 km) long river[4] in the U.S. state of Texas. It is the 18th longest river in the United States[4] and the longest river with both its source and its mouth within Texas.[3]"

"Its drainage basin and some of its usually dry tributaries extend into New Mexico. It flows generally southeast from Dawson County through Ballinger, Marble Falls, Austin, Bastrop, Smithville, La Grange, Columbus, Wharton, and Bay City before emptying into the Gulf of Mexico at Matagorda Bay.[3]"

“Running out of food” ????

LOL, whatever. BS. Power company will chopper in Gordon Ramsey if it will keep that plant safe, dry, and running properly.

Regarding the reports of starving nuclear workers--From STP's latest Facebook post:

Thank you to our friends from the Bay City HEB Grocery for providing food and supplies for our on-site storm crews.

Both STP units continue to operate safely and reliably at full power. Texas ERCOT conditions remain stable.
