I have noticed that Tillerson is Mr. Diplomacy, unless he is talking about Trump. He would never violate the protocols of diplomacy to insult, say, Islamic terrorism.
Tillerson stabbed the Boy Scouts. He was neither brave, clean, or reverent.
Tillerson and McMaster are engaged in a bloodless coup. They are gradually seizing control of Trumps agenda, and I suspect that Kelly is in league with them. They will eventually marginalize Trump in his own Administration and all the major decisions will be made by this cabal.
