The VA bureaucrats are organized crime.
I read the article and I think that this may be one of those events where the President should step in immediately.
For example, asking the head of the VA (as well as Dr. Adelamn from VISN 4) to come directly to his office and put the fear of god in them would be a good start.
In some people’s eyes, it sets a bad precedent because the President is getting involved in personnel matters and he should be above that - but the rot that is endemic in the VA needs to be cleaned out.
Maybe this would be a good way to start.
1/4 million bucks to set his ass for a year and now he just cant seem to get his $$$$h!t together enough to more than 2 patients a year?
Where is that sign about the forest service not wanting you to feed the bears ‘cause they get used to it?
Where is the mentality that concludes that giving malcontents and slackers more money and more benefits and making it easier for them is going to encourage them to toe the line?
Never doubt the power of corruption. Corrupt people will do anything to maintain their power. Whistleblowers are especially disliked.
Supposedly VA Chief to have major announcement Nov. 1. Stars and Stripes reported. Probably related to hypertension, heart disease, Parkinson’s Disease,etc.
This is going on throughout government and private businesses right now.
See something, say something, get fired and crucified by corporate attorneys and their MSM attack dogs.
This is the ONE area where socialist-democrats and RINO/republican/conservatives can agree upon. Crushing dissent in the labor force is priority number one for all of the parties mentioned.
