Government workers are already overpaid compared to private sector jobs. They should be given pay cuts until balance is achieved.
Gov workers salaries should be tied to median private sector workers salaries.
Gov workers (i.e. “Public Servants”) should NOT have pensions, and should NEVER be able to retire before private sector workers.
