It does take a year or more to get a robbery case to trial. That is from the point of arrest. I don’t recall a single case where a robber committed the crime and the evidence was overwhelming, where Law Enforcement refused to arrest the suspect.
There are major distinctions between arrest and trial. Sessions is allowing free pass to Clinton, Comey, et al. If they are never charged they are never going to trial. Sessions is not conducting investigation of any of the clinton gang. The Clinton cabal are laughing at Trump and sessions despite making public statements admitting guilt. If sessions can’t find it he isn’t looking. He isn’t playing his cards close to the vest. He has no desire to prosecute.
Law enforcement has already determined no wrong doing and half the public believes it.
It’ll take one hell of an AG office investigation undoing what was already done, reviewing immunity deals, untangling of a giant web before handing out charges. If this goes as deep as what we imagine then an investigation could take a couple years so yes the social media yokels have to wait just a bit longer.
I know for some that is a painful revelation since everything anymore must be instantaneous or it doesn’t exist or life has ended
