I have yet to see any proof of this. Do you know of have any links which might show such proof?

H-bombs are a an order of magnitude more difficult to make than A-bombs, and from what I recall, the last North Korean A-bomb test was finally up to around 15 kilotons. All previous tests were embarrassing fizzles, and given their past performance in just getting an implosion A-bomb to work, I simply do not believe they have overcome all the difficulties in getting an H-bomb to work. H-bombs should be ten years further down the road, unless someone gave them a functional design.

Our own initial H-bomb designs required two A-bombs just as components to initiate a fusion reaction. Kim's people simply could not have accomplished any of this without China handing it to him.
