The past 28 years we have seen the worst presidencies ever and yes, Bill Clinton gave the Chicoms a lot of our secret technology.

BTW, The Clinton Foundation was paid a lot of $$$$$ for this secret technology.

We definitely know that the past 8 years have been the worst ever in the history of the U.S.A.

The Big Dawg Bill Clinton believed that we should not have supremacy over the whole world in weaponry. I.E., we should not be the top dog in the world.
