I don't believe that anymore. I believe Kimmie-boy is just hell bent on going out in a blaze of glory. He wants to burn the world. He doesn't care how many American's he kills with a nuke, all he cares about his hitting the U.S. He's already won the propaganda war at home, those he rules over with an iron fist already believe 1/2 to 3/4 of us are already dead because of him.
As long as he gets in first strike, that's all he cares about. He wants to burn the world and doesn't care about himself much less those he rules over.

Like I said, If they have an h-bomb then they’ve got the tools already and you don’t accomplish anything by starting a nuclear war now rather than later.
