Didn’t the city of Richmond, CA try or do this? Don’t recall exactly but it was a city in the Bay Area. I guess we’re not going to see how that turned out!!!
Sacramento used to be a great city to live and work in. Loved the downtown area where I worked and the easy access to shop on lunch hours and after work - crisscrossing K Street until that was changed and ruined. In the late ‘50’s, I lived near the Capitol and walked to work through that beautiful park with huge and gorgeous Camellias. There is not one relative living in that city now or even in the county!
The Democrat big cities are not concerned about Middle class flight from their cities and in fact can’t wait until they have the numbers to ensure that they are voted in office for life.
