As Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced the end of the Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), from which more than 800,000 un-vetted young illegal aliens have been given protected status and work permits, the number of them who are convicted criminals, gang members, or suspects in crimes remains staggering.
Below, Breitbart News has compiled a list of 50 of the 2,139 DACA recipients, deemed DREAMers by the open borders lobby, who have had their temporary protected status revoked due to crimes including: A felony criminal conviction; a significant misdemeanor conviction; multiple misdemeanor convictions; gang affiliation; or arrest of any crime in which there is deemed to be a public safety concern, according to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency.
The majority of crimes by DACA recipients include: Alien smuggling, assaultive offenses, domestic violence, drug offenses, DUI, larceny and thefts, criminal trespass and burglary, sexual offenses with minors, other sex offenses and weapons offenses, USCIS has stated.

They are no longer DACA, Permanent Resident or Citizenship eligible.
Das Vydana...
Can you confirm this? https://unitedwedream.org/blog/breaking-daca-expansion-applications-accepted-starting-february-18th/
It says that they removed age restrictions for DACA in 2015
So a point I need clarified. If a DACA “kid” is convicted of any of these “disqualifying crimes,” does his DACA protection end immediately and is he subject to immediate deportation provided he/she is not sent to jail here as punishment?
Just fulfilling their dream.
I don’t know, but I would assume they would do their jail time (if part of the conviction) in the US & then be deported upon release.
They were DREAMing of crimes.
They were just doing crimes Americans refused to do.
They did it out of love; for crime.

It seems easy to abuse the age requirement .
Sure, without a passport, they could be anyone or any age...
They didn’t all come with parents, Obama allowed thousands to storm the border then he allowed them to disappear with non related illegals already here.
Courts across the country are back-logged with criminal cases involving dreamers both juvenile and adult, and legal resources are running thin, but there is a media blackout on it.
I would like to see him marched before a wall , for doing that
Whatever gets done they should get rid of the criminals first and be real picky in who they allow to stay.
I believe ANYONE who is in our country ILLEGALLY should be deported...
Just my opinion...
