"getting their pockets full"...

The people I mentioned above are salaried government employees. They don't do "billable hours" like the private sector. Same pay, more work. Now private defense paid for by the accused is another matter.

What I'm implying is, on the "so call" government side of the deal it's mostly Mexicans (Sure, they have their green cards so they can work in the U.S.) that are working with Mexicans because they speek the language... So, all a applicant need do is pay the bite.... Just like Mexico... It's a tradition in Mexico...

What other answer could there possible be for a failure rate of 98%.???
