Yesterday morning the sports media united in praise and sympathy for Seattle Seahawk defensive end Michael Bennett when he tweeted out a story which claimed police had singled him out, pointed their guns at him, threatened to blow his brains out, and detained him in the back of a police car for “doing nothing more than simply being a black man in the wrong place at the wrong time.” ----- The rest of the article uses evidence to rebut everything Bennet Claims to have happened.
Now you'll know when this gets brought up in the mainstream news, or on ESPN or an NFL show, that it is a lie.
This video shows that the entire place was filled with black people, how could Bennett have been racially profiled?

The paranoia factor seems to be large though.
Perhaps Bennett should acquaint himself with John Derbyshire's The Talk: Non-black Version? Specifically, Rule #10a seems appropriate...

We’re about 10 minutes away from the opening of the “Mike & Mike Show” on ESPN2 and Radio. Yesterday, Bennett was a lead item. It will be interesting to see where this comes up in the discussion, if at all. Probably last night’s surprising defeat of NE by KC when the Patriots were celebrating their Super Bowl win will eclipse Bennett right out of the day’s discussion.
The NFL's tv ratings go down a little more than they would have otherwise. People on FR laugh just a little bit more about it.
If the name of the casino was given, I missed it. I was surprised that nowhere in the article was casino security mentioned. One thing that always impressed me about Vegas is that the casinos’ own securitys are so good that city police are almost unnecessary. But casino security do not appear, nor are they even mentioned, that I could see.
Just a personal observation; To look at that photo of Bennet is to not believe a word he might say. I look at a photo of Clarence Thomas, for instance, and feel I can take anything he says, straight to the bank. When I looked at the Bennet photo, my BS Meter pegged so hard it bent the needle, and the disgronificator diodes all melted. Ruined it!
Have you watched the nearly 13 minute video in the article? At about 12:40 I see what looks like a taser or a gun, I can’t tell which for sure, but the more I look at it, the more I think it’s a sidearm with a laser, or a flashlight attachment.

The Blacks in the US make up 12.3% of the U.S. population yet the left wing Democrats and the willing media have somehow anointed them to be the vast majority in terms of how the other 86.7% can think.
Look at the number of Blacks in the media. The local new outlets are overwhelming populated by Black and Latino anchors and reporters. If you go by the number of Blacks in TV commercials, they are the vast majority. The same with the casts of just about any TV series. And even Broadway can demand only 'Actors of Color' audition for roles in a so-called American Musical that is a sung and black-rapped about the life of American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, who was White in both history and fact as was the historical folk around him.
The Oscars and Emmy are supposed to be awards of the best acting yet there is now a quota that Blacks and/or Latinos much be nominated to represent diversification and tolerance. Yet if the folks nominated happen to be all White, just see how much tolerance there is--
Last night in Dallas, Texas, the City Council was actually debating digging up long buried Confederate Veterans to remove a Confederate cemetery from the Dallas city limits. Will they next be digging up my late World War Two Veteran Father because his name is Lee and distantly related to Robert E. Lee?
Civil Rights mean equal treatment for all, not just the Black community to the detriment of any other race or segment. However, this day if you are White, you are automatically a racist in the eyes of the media and all those left-wing folk whose opinion matters. If you are a police officer, the same applies. All perfect nonsense in the world I grew up in yet all now the norm in this crazy, la-la land the left has managed to evolved us into--
Some way, some how, this must be corrected or the nation I grew up in is doomed. I may not have many years left but I still care that my country is becoming a left-wing oligarchy elected by no one to make me guilty of crimes I never committed just for the color of my skin.
