Anti-gouging rules are preventing people from hoarding fuel. A local sheriff reported people are buying tons of fuel rather than what they need for a few days or a short trip.
Allowing station owners to raise their prices HIGH will prevent this.
People remember both gougers and hoarders well after the emergency. Payback comes.
