TEMPLE TERRACE (FOX 13) - Police arrested a man after burglarizing a store during a state of emergency.
Temple Terrace police arrested Jonathan Smalls, 31, of Tampa, on Sunday morning. They said Smalls crashed a stolen pickup truck into the front of DTLR Clothing Store, located at 9233 North 56th Street, and fled with a “large quantity of clothing.”

I'm glad to see all these arrests. For a good many years, the looters were allowed to basically run free.
The police burglarized a store and then had the nerve to arrest someone?
Was he also an aspiring rapper getting ready to attend the local community college?
He was an entrepreneur about to go into the used vehicle and surplus clothing business!!
When do we get to see his high school photo in cap and gown?
They got greedy. Looter guy was satified with his tub of beer.

Yeah, and I think beer looter Guy (from Katrina) took nothing but Heinekens - so no big loss.
I’m old enough that remember when they used to shoot looters. Now someone desperate for food, water, or other necessities is not looting. They’re desperate. “People” looking to score free TVs, phones, other electronics, over-priced shoes, etc. - they’re looters and should be shot.

Anytime there are evacuation orders it is looting. Would be a good time for run of the mill thiefs to take a vaykay so they don’t get shot.
