The electoral process every two years is inadequate to the restoration of first principles. Scotus and the Administrative State laugh at elections. Its why I chose not to vote in the congressional portion of the 2016 election.
Scotus, not the people, banned God from public spaces. I’m just about ready to ban Scotus.
Don’t ban SCOTUS, just put a time limit on their terms.
Say 15 years, then they have to be renominated.
If they have done a reasonably good job of enforcing the laws as written in the constitution they should have a reasonably good chance of being reaffirmed.
You could win some or lose some, just remember our choice of President and Senators are what make or break our courts.
At least we wouldn’t have to wait for some of these bastards to die in their chairs.
