Why email them? Just go to:

https://coverage.sprint.com/IMPACT.jsp?

type in your address, click on the Data tab at the upper left part of the map. You will be prompted to choose a device. From the front page of freedata.io select one of the three devices to choose from: Franklin, ZTE, or Netgear (I chose Netgear). Dial that manufacturer into the drop down menu and see if you have acceptable data signal strength. Then you can make a decision if this service is for you and your area.

Yeah, did that. Have to get to a Sprint store. I do have Boost mobile Netgear which goes through Sprint but can’t receive a signal at home even though it shows I should.
