No he campaigned on a big beautiful wall and often proposed adding 10 feet when they complained too much. He also said deport everyone and they can get in line, many, many times because everyone who interviewed him insisted on getting him on record as saying exactly that.
I have been saying ever since GW lied and said hey would build a wall, I have said the wall matters not one whit, what matters is what happens to them when they cross. What happens now is they get instruction on how to bilk the taxpayer. If that continues no wall will keep them out, ever.

The "renovation" scam is the oldest trick in the RE developer's handbook. Even a nitwit knows how to do it. Recognizing that a lot of the wall work can be done within existing authorities, funding and administrative discretion is hardly innovative thinking.
