California's illegal alien-supporting attorney general, Xavier Becerra, has been curiously silent about that fake server he handed over to cops to obstruct their Imran Awan investigation, according to a new report from the Daily Caller. The broader scandal was outlined in this piece by Thomas Lifson yesterday.
Becerra's role is worth noting because he is considered top Democratic talent, a Democratic Party star, with many Democratic leadership positions, including a seat on the House Ways and Means committee, chairmanship of the House Democratic Caucus (now at the center of the Imran Awan secret server scandal) and lately a post as the California state attorney general, where he is leading the state's effort to stop President Trump from ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals executive order.
He shows a pattern as one gamy player, not the least because of his fake server role in the House server scandal associated with the Awan Pakistani tech family, and former Democratic National Committee chairwoman, Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Note the use of “they” by the secret Senior Official. Who did it is already being shrouded in mist, and the whole thing will be blamed on incompetent subordinates. Becerra didn’t know nuthin’ (bout birthin’ no server).

I am curious to know if the real server was ever recovered intact, or if had been Hillaried. How did the investigators know the copy they were given was fake? (This implies they must have had something to compare it with).

Only two of the five Democrats — Rep. Gregory Meeks of New York and Cali's Becerra — remained in office through 2016, and each of them later put two of Awan’s relatives on their payrolls as well, including Imran's wife Alvi and his brother Abid.
NOTE: Abid has recently hired an attorney specializing in money-laundering cases.
BECERRA AND YOUR TAX DOLLARS--When Becerra became chairman of the Democratic Caucus in 2013, that office began paying Alvi $25,000 to $30,000 a year in addition to the tax dollars allotted Becerra for his personal office.
Becerra holds the record.....he was responsible for far more of tax dollars to the Awan clan family than any other member, to date.

Jeff Sessions will recuse himself for this because Xavier is Hispanic and Jeff does not wish to be accused of being anti-Hispanic. Now if Xavier was a white Christian, Jeff would be on it pronto.

If this country was to Mexicanize, illegals would be promptly rounded up and jailed/deported. Try over-staying your visa in Mexico. Recall that soldier suffering PTSD took a wrong turn and ended up in Mexico? He was in jail for several months, even though he promptly declared his legal guns he had in his vehicle.

(4) makes, presents, or uses a false record, document, or thing with intent that the record, document, or thing, material to the point in question, appear in evidence in an official proceeding or investigation to mislead a public servant;
Commits Obstruction of Justice, a Level 6 Felony.
I would imagine most most jurisdictions would have some similar sort of law.
