DACA could only be fixed by another Executive Order because that is what created it and made it an illegal program.
Obama dreamed it up and Trump should have ended it Jan. 21st.
I am glad he finally has.
Congress should do nothing for fraudulently documented foreigners until they do something for the citizens.
Obama created it illegally by an Executive Order, which gave Executive Branch more authority than allowed. If Trump acts like Obama, he will be no more than another Obama, who refused to abide by rules.
Congress has legal authority to create laws, not President. So Trump threw it back to Congress....and he gave them six months to fix it! If they do not, he may have to undo Obama’s arrogance with the same! Let us hope the ‘checks and balances’ created by Constitution will work, and Senate ends DACA IN RIGHT WAY! Some will get to stay, if a deal was struck with democrats....however, I am sure Trump insisted on criminals and blood suckers (on social programs like food stamps) be deported.
