Talked to my sis in Kingwood, TX last night. their house was not flooded or damaged, because, she said, she knew how to read a flood plain map before buying it 15 years ago. But Kingwood in general is a mess, stores closed, windows, doors, signs torn off, insides flooded and reeking. They are about 20 miles from Houston and the unimaginable wreckage there. Even so, she’s going to start buying groceries from AMZ because she doesn’t believe anything for sale in Houston area grocery stores could be safe from mold and worse.

Very sad to hear of the persistent problems following Houston area flooding. Let us know how AMZ works out for your sister. FL has experienced issues with timely AMZ non-food deliveries before and after Irma.
