Strange kind of eyewall replacement cycle going on, if any - no clear 'moat' between the eyewalls - the inner eyewall is pulling in a feeder band.

Earlier on the eye wall was just a pin prick of a thing...tight as could be..even though it was gaining it strength it retained tiny for quite some time...which as I understand it attested to the power of this beast.
