Looks like we won't get much weakening on the eyewall replacement cycle. And the bad news is, a wider diameter eyewall crossing PR.

It’s actually worse for the storm to just miss to the south of St. Croix, they get the dirty side without any relief from the eye.

The latest was maybe down to a 4. This storm is very strong.
The link I posted was a combination where Jose may interact and get Marie out to open ocean.

Definitely trending more westerly now, maybe, the eye might miss St. Croix.
