"As for scaling and climbing over....other nations don't wince at such a thought. And where is the money coming from to man those guard posts??. Without guards, even a wall like that is scaled easily. And even if they ARE manned, without regular surveillance, tunneling just takes more time.

...tunneling just takes more time... Mines set at tunneling depth mean never having to say you're sorry. Or sensors like the Israelis use, to alert them of digging below.
