Well yes, actually it is.

We did not do so hoping this would be the "speech" we would hear, but rather for their right to say it no matter what it is.

Holding them accountable for their disrespect is another whole conversation.

This is NOT a free speech issue. No employee has a right to protest or engage in speech on his employer's time.
