According to Alabama Today, Luther Strange is a partial owner of Sunbelt EB-5 Regional Center. And not a small stake either – he owns one-sixth of the firm, which allows foreign investors to ‘buy’ residency if they invest $500,000 into American job-creating projects. This program has been criticized by no less a personage than Dianne Feinstein, is oversubscribed and abounds with fraud. According to the State Department, Chinese investors make up over 80% of the EB-5 visa recipients.
From Sunbelt’s FAQ page:

In addition to problematic financial ties, Strange has made several statements lately which call into question his immigration ‘hawk’ status, including this recent tweet apparently supporting DACA legislation:

So if Luther is in trouble for supporting visas for those who invest in the US and hire Americans, what does that mean for the President who uses H2-B visas at Mar a Lago to bring in foreign workers to replace Americans?

A lot of people are forgetting that it’s the Chamber of Commerce that is behind much of the pro amnesy money. Mitch and these other GOPe sellouts are in their pocket.
Trump is not up for election at this time. Strange is. And hes gettin' an ass whippin' as it is. This alleged scandal, or any scandal, is the nail in his coffin. Trump cannot save him. Nobody can save him. He's done. Trump needs to back off him lickety-split or lose face.
Nobody really cares about the details of a scandal like this at a pivotal time in a race like this. Hell, the details are enough to cross the eyes of even an intelligent person who pays attention. The common voter doesn't give a damn. They're just all like, Oh that's that dirty politician that likes furreners takin' our jerbs!
If enough people cared about Trump's alleged similar (as you say) scandal, he would never have gotten elected. He did.

Trump has explained ad nauseum that you cannot get enough local workers to work the Palm Beach season. Its too short. He brings a few people in to work for several months and then they leave. The jobs are real short term.

Sometimes you just have to try a little harder.
Tbe club placed an ad on two separate days in the Palm Beach Post. The ad gave no email address or phone number. “Apply by fax,” it said, but provided a fax number that did not work.
Businesses that rely on temporary employees each year, must first take legally mandated steps to look for U.S. workers. That includes placing two ads in a newspaper.
This is a small thing. We are talking about a guest worker program. They work several months and go home. Most people are looking for permanent employment.
