Nice the air is clear where you are but it would be nicer if it would rain some more and put those fires out.

TN learned last year when Gatlinburg just about burned to the ground that they’d listened to the enviro-weenies too long. Now they’ve started doing a few controlled burns to keep such massive fires from happening again.

No plans for us for the weekend either. Just gonna lay low and do a little housework. woo!

Kittehs are doing well - YAY! - and for the moment they’re being quiet. We’ll see how long that lasts. LOL!

I have been invited to an event at my Alma Mater, The Boston Museum of Fine Arts, tomorrow. I haven’t been there in half a century, so this ought to be really nice. Get up close and personal with Monet!

We have been under assault from Hurricane Jose for days now. I had to tie down the cover of the Motorcycle because it was blowing up around her like Marilyn’s White Dress in The Seven Year Itch.

I had to drag Penny outside to pee. She would rather just “hold it” than go out in the rain.

No open mikes this weekend, but I have lots of other things to do! LOL!

Both kids are doing fine, I see Zach frequently and he's a real go-getter and attacking his studies.

The gal with one 'L' is also OK but was recently laid-off and is looking for work.
