They are being paid to represent their employer.

I agree with everything you said. Unfortunately, the franchise owner is too concerned with his team winning, even if it includes the dumbass disrespecting the flag and the anthem.

Until the owner is hit deeply into his pocketbook by the fans who object to this crap, not a damn thing is going to be done.................
