Oh I think Allen misses a point here about Trump and the NFL. Other than a quick tweet, the NFL issue is not taking up Trump's time, but he is sending a very clear signal to Republicans - see what happens when I followed my gut and took on the NFL. My view is widely shared and the NFL is going down.

Haven’t seen Trump taking his case to the public. He seems much too busy worrying about the NFL players taking a knee than health reform care or tax reform.
