I thought it was just divisive." WEEI's "Kirk and Callahan" program, was different from how he handled a similar query after the team's 36-33 victory over the Houston Texans on Sunday. At that time, Brady said he didn't want to get into politics while speaking of the love he has for his teammates.
During his radio interview Monday, Brady was asked if he thought Trump had bigger things to worry about than whether a player kneels during the national anthem. After saying he disagreed with Trump's remarks, Brady added, "I just want to support my teammates

Well at some point I had to get out of my pajamas, get into my uniform and go to my job to buy the keyboard. Trump did not attack Kraft. He told the owners they should take a stand in favor of the flag. Certain owners, including Kraft, have responded by criticizing Trump. Trump did not backstab anyone.

You say DT stabbed the Pats in the back, and you mention the million dollars.
1. Did Kraft buy DT’s eternal silence with the money?
2. Trump is president of all the US. Should he be silent about something because somebody gave him money?
3. Is it Trump’s job to serve we the people, or only the billionaires who give him a million bucks?
4. Are you ready to admit that the million dollars is COMPLETELY irrelevant, unless of course it was a bribe?
5. Do you believe the kneelers are filthy, treasonous garbage?
6. Are you on their side? I’ve not seen any comments you have about them, so I really don’t know.
7. Would it be okay for DT to call for a boycott of the NFL if Kraft did NOT give him money?
8. How do you feel about the kneelers? You’ve not said. Do they deserve your respect and your cash as long at the Pats are winning?
9. Do you truly believe that this kneeling is a minor nothing that would have gone away by now if not for DT talking about it?
10. Should the kneelers be fired?
