Vote them out and fix how campaigns are financed.

4-Max what an individual can donate cash wise, but they can donate all their time.

This Congress failed to do what was needed:
1. insist on financially balanced trade ASAP after an election so jobs become available by the millions long before the next election
2. rapidly phase-out welfare benefits as jobs become available
3. set a repeal date on basic income taxation on the middle class
As for Social Security, first limit transfers to within the family for about a decade or so, then allow family members to make their own arrangements.
