Who’s doomin’ & gloomin’?
It’s a post, make of it what you will. If you want to believe all will be well - so be it. They call that ostrich syndrome.

Both Rainier and Yellowstone have had very abnormal quake swarms over the past few months. It’s cause enough for the press to write dozens upon dozens of write ups on it. It’s also enough for NASA to want to get involved in Yellowstone.

OH MY GOD! WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE! GET OUT! LEAVE YOUR HOUSES NOW!

We will all have plenty of warning before it happens.

And Yellowstone has always had swarms over its history.

And I dont believe a GD thing the press writes, nor do I believe NASA since they are a main instrument for the Gorebull warming hoax.

Here, I will give you something to worry about.

The plates in the Northwest are shifting. Matter of fact, the De Fuca plate is due. Before any super volcano happens to erupt-loooong before, that plate will slip. Last time that plate let go was 1700, and it has shaken like clockwork in history. How big? It would be safe to say in excess of a mag 8 and likely a 9. The mountains along the coastal range have humped up considerably and when it slips, it wont be pretty. A geologist friend of mine has said that through studies, historically, subduction quakes happen around the ring of fire before that plate slips..and it is within the ring of fire so..

Safe to say, in the next few years we will see a major unzipping of about 600 miles of that fault along the Northwestern shore. Its become active in the last few years, and that fault was known as the quiet fault. Nothing ever happened, it did not shake. Now it is..

In a major quake on that fault, everything west of I 5 will be damaged as far as bridges and roads go. Eugene Ore has several dams above the town, come to your own conclusions.

Now, will a quake like that cause Rainier to go? Nobody knows. But to be sure, there will be a hell of a lot of water headed for places that will get swamped if that plate lets go.

BTW, those who say that Seattle's sky scrappers will survive? They will, maybe. Because in the Japan quake, they found that their buildings took on major damage from that quake. They now only sway, but they quiver, which nobody figured. There it is if you want panic.
