I don’t think the Turks will stand for an Independent Kurdish State on their Southern Border.

Erdogon can huff and puff all he wants. He will overstep and will be smacked down in a big way the instant he attacks them. The NATO label will be peeled off and he will be on an island faster than his goons can attack civilians on American soil.

They have said that. Consider the consequences it they attack.

If Assad and SDF (YPG/YPJ++) reach an agreement, it will not be an independent state.

At same time Barzani’s referendum has Turkey “disturbed”.

There are a lot of arms in the region, light and heavy. Lots of trained soldiers that Turkey has never faced. Turkey’s military was gutted with faux Coup.

Air power and tanks can be neutralized with the right smart weapons.

Sudden mass insurrection? Is possible.

And yes the US and Russia are both on the ground in Syria.

We shall soon see where this is going.

Boom? pssssh? letting off pressure?
