There has to be a serious typo there. I would believe 78,000. Even 780,000 is believable. But 78 is just plain preposterous. There aren't *that* many presidential appointees - fortunately. Well, at least as provided for "officially". Speaking of, has anyone kept tabs on that barge-load of "czars" since November? I do wonder where they've slunk off to.

Good point about all those czars. Not only did we not hear anything about them leaving, we never once heard about them doing anything at all. Were they pure 100% no-show patronage jobs?
